This form is for individuals and organizations to request support from the Irregular Warfare Center (IWC). Requests should be submitted to the IWC no later than (8) eight weeks (OCONUS) and (6) six weeks (CONUS) prior to the date of the event. Completing each question and providing as specific and detailed information possible in each question below will ensure the request is reviewed in a timely manner. It is the intent of the IWC to support IW events aligned with the United States National Defense Strategy (NDS), mission and vision of the IWC.

1. Who is being supported? *

Describe the organization and individuals involved and all affiliations such as US Govt entity, Allied or partner nation government entity, NGO, for profit institution, etc.

2. What is the request? *

Specifically describe exactly what is being asked for: a guest or keynote speaker, a resident course or enrollment in an online course, a research report, etc.
